Chitwan, Sept 27: The Chitwan District Court has issued an order to both sides to present hearing note in writing after completion of the hearing on the murder case of Krishna Prasad Adhikari of Fujel, Gorkha.
A single bench of district judge Dev Narayan Kunwar on Tuesday issued the order to the concerned sides to have their advocates present hearing notes in writing.
With the court order, the defendants have to present their hearing notes in writing to the court prepared by law practitioners on their behalf by coming October 17.
According to District Court’s Information Officer Krishna Prasad Baral, the date for final hearing will be fixed after submission of the notes. RSS
